Traffic on two roads near Zaton Obrovački is due to be stopped briefly several times for filming: on the DC27 on Tuesday morning and the DC54 on Friday afternoon. No continuous closure has been announced.

01

Two roads, two days and two limited time windows

HAK has announced intermittent brief traffic stops for filming in the Zaton Obrovački area on two days. Police will assist with traffic control on site.

The two roads are not affected at the same time: the DC27 is scheduled for Tuesday morning and the DC54 only on Friday afternoon. The reviewed notice lists no filming-related restriction outside these windows.

02

Tuesday: DC27 between Obrovac and Zaton Obrovački

On Tuesday 8 September, vehicles on the DC27 between Obrovac and Zaton Obrovački are due to be stopped briefly several times between 08:30 and 11:00. HAK defines the affected area as kilometres 1 to 2.

The time window lasts two and a half hours, but this does not mean that the road will remain continuously closed for the entire period.

03

Friday: DC54 between Jasenice and Zaton Obrovački

On Friday 11 September, the announcement applies to the DC54 between Jasenice and Zaton Obrovački. Several brief stops are also planned between 15:00 and 18:00 on the section from kilometre 5 to kilometre 7.

Anyone travelling from Jasenice or Zaton on Friday afternoon should therefore expect some waiting. HAK lists no diversion route for this event.

04

‘Several brief stops’ is not an all-day full closure

The wording describes individual interruptions within the respective time window. Traffic may be released between them; the notice does not say how long each stop will last.

Both “the road is closed for three hours” and “the wait will be no more than five minutes” would therefore be too precise. Only repeated brief stops and the two time periods are confirmed.

Police assistance is for traffic control

Police assistance with traffic does not turn the event into a traffic inspection or an emergency response to a hazard. The announced stops are for filming.

Signals and instructions from personnel on site are binding. Driving past them without permission could endanger people on the road and delay reopening further.

06

The production title and exact stop duration remain undisclosed

HAK gives neither the production's title nor details of a scene or the people involved. These details are not needed for journey planning.

The start and duration of each individual interruption are also unspecified. Traffic conditions and the filming schedule may affect when the road is briefly reopened each time.

07

A small buffer should keep filming from becoming a major problem

Anyone who needs to use the affected sections should check HAK before travelling and allow extra time for an appointment or connection. A spontaneous detour along minor roads is not automatically faster or more suitable without local knowledge.

If conditions change on site, current signs and police traffic control apply. Once each time window has ended, the present HAK information gives no reason to report either event as an ongoing closure.
